A basic item in the Microcollection’s plans for growth is the organization of exhibitions and events. These are assembled not only to show the public the works represented in the collection and illustrate their value, but also to highlight the poetic content and the reasoning behind the Museum’s searches.

Pivotal in these itinerant exhibitions are the Cabinets de Regard, which are simple, portable, compact “observation chambers”, fitted with a microscope so viewers can appreciate the fine details of the fragments on display.

The exhibitions will describe the various main tendencies in the history of contemporary art, with the backing of artists, scholars and critics, whose theoretical considerations will be set out briefly in critical anthologies.
